Hey, I'm Alper

CS graduate from the University of Connecticut

Hey, I'm Alper. I'm a software tester and developer based in Connecticut with a CS degree from UConn and about two years of professional experience testing and shipping real software.

I've led QA planning and release validation for production applications. That means writing test cases from requirements, tracking defects until they're fixed, and using SQL to make sure the data behind an app is actually right.

On the development side, I've built financial reporting features in .NET, a shared SQL query framework used across multiple apps, and REST APIs, so I understand how the software I test is put together.

Outside of work I run a homelab, mess around with 3D printers, and work on my car. I like knowing how things actually work under the hood.
